Frequently Asked Questions

#1. Do I need to be technically savvy to register? You need to be able to click links in emails, listen to or watch the videos, print out the handouts and link into the conference calls or Zoom calls. Zoom is an easy-to-use, free online video call platform and I provide the simple instructions you need to get onto the calls.

#2. How much time will your program take every week? Generally, the call will run 60 minutes three times a month. The weekly assignments will take 30 minutes to a couple of hours each week. You usually have access to me during the week by email, which may take a few minutes to think about and write.

#3. What happens if I can’t make the calls? With at least 48 hours notice, we push the call to another week. You have access to the calls for 6 months so you can listen whenever it’s convenient for you.

#4. What if I can’t pay in full? Do you have a payment plan? Yes. Right now you can enroll immediately with the 3-payment plan. With the 3-payment plan, you pay today and two more monthly payments at the beginning of each following month. You can pay in full today and save about 15%.

#5. What’s the refund policy? What if I can’t finish the program? We offer partial refunds based on content delivered, with an administrative fee charged as well. We do offer a temporary 3-month hold on your enrollment (both attendance and payments) for medical emergencies, with a one-year limit on completing a program.
